Product Overview

YubiOn for Salesforce (hereinafter called "Package") is a software that provides multi-factor authentication (MFA) using an authentication device (YubiKey) for Salesforce login. On the login screen, enter your ID and password (knowledge), and then perform multi-factor authentication* using the one-time password (OTP) issued by the authentication device (possession). As a feature of this package, it also provides an integrated management function that allows users to easily register, edit, and delete authentication devices and assign them to users.

* Yubico's YubiCloud is used as the authentication server. When you install this package, you need to allow access to the authentication server.

Enhanced Authentication with YubiKey (OTP)

Easy to set up and ready to use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Protect your customers' information assets with strong authentication.

Management of authenticators

It is possible to manage the authenticator itself, including registering, editing (renaming), and deleting YubiKeys

Authenticator Assignment

It is possible to assign and unassign users and YubiKeys. Assigning enforces MFA.

Multiple key assignments for users

Multiple YubiKeys can be assigned to one user. (For backup)

No need to build an authentication server

No need to build the server because Yubico's YubiCloud is used as the authentication server, and the secret information is registered on the server when the YubiKey is manufactured, so the purchased YubiKey is ready to use immediately.

One Time Password (OTP)

Since YubiKey's OTP is recognized as keyboard input, it is ideal for situations where FIDO U2F* functionality cannot be used due to USB limitations or remote connections.
