I don't know how to start the free trial.

Is there a difference in functionality between the free trial and the paid version?

There is no difference in functionality between the free trial and the paid version. The free trial version has an expiration date of 30 days.

When does the free trial period start counting?

Download the YubiOn for Salesforce package from the AppExchange siteinstallimmediately after is completed.

Is it possible to try it in a sandbox environment?

A.

You can use it by specifying the sandbox environment when installing the YubiOn for Salesforce package from the AppExchange site.

Do I need to cancel my subscription when the free trial ends?

A.

No cancellation procedure is required. The YubiOn for Salesforce app will stop working at the end of the 30 day trial period. Also, you will not be charged automatically after the trial ends.

Please apply using the application form 5 business days prior to the desired date of use.

​I want to add or reduce the number of users after signing a contract, what should I do?

If you wish to add or reduce licenses during the contract period, please contact us at least 10 business days prior to the contract renewal date.

Q.

I want to cancel YubiOn for Salesforce, what should I do?

A.

Please contact us at least 10 business days before the end of the contract period. Please note that license fees that have already been paid cannot be refunded.
